Urs Hugentobler, 瑞士人，分别于1989年和1998年在瑞士伯尔尼大学获得理论物理学学士学位和天文学博士学位。专业为GNSS数据分析和轨道建模。1989至1998年间任伯尔尼大学研究科学家。1998-1999年在位于德国的Darmstadt和西班牙的Tenerife欧洲空间活动中心（ESOC）/欧洲空间局（ESA）的任务分析小组任访问科学家。1999年至2006年，他在伯尔尼大学天文研究所领导GPS研究团队工作，同时负责国际著名GPS软件BERNESE的开发。从2006年开始，担任德国慕尼黑工业大学土木与环境工程系教授。目前Hugentobler教授担任国际GNSS服务组织（IGS）理事会主席，同时任卫星大地测量研究中心(RFSG)，德国联邦测量与制图局以及德国Wettzell大地测量天文台的主任。
Hugentobler教授的研究领域包括卫星大地测量和高精度GNSS应用，比如精密定位，精密定轨，参考框架实现以及时间传递。主要兴趣包括GNSS精密应用、卫星轨道建模以及与不同空间测量技术融合等问题。Hugentobler教授讲授包括高级轨道力学，GPS卫星定位，导航概论，精密GNSS专题等共14门课程，发表学术期刊论文共126篇，被引用262次（截止到2011年）。自2006年起在各类国际学术会议上做报告106场次。

Biography:
Matt Higgins is Manager of Geodesy and Positioning with the Department of Natural Resources and Mines in the government of the Australia state of Queensland. He holds Bachelor and Master Degrees in Surveying. From 2007 to 2010, Matt was a Vice President of the International Federation of Surveyors (FIG). He is a member of the United Nations mandated International Committee on Global Navigation Satellite Systems, where he co-chairs a Working Group. He is a Fellow of the Australian Surveying and Spatial Sciences Institute and President of the Australian based International GNSS Society (IGNSS). In 2011, Matt was made an Adjunct Professor at the Queensland University of Technology.

摘要：讲座将介绍一种即时移动式测量及空间资料收集平台-移动式制图系统（Mobile Mapping System, MMS），该系统结合了测量制图技术和整合式导航定位定向系统，搭配多种影响感测器来收集空间资料，具有资料更新的即时性，且成本较低。并讨论直接地理定位（Direct Georeferencing，DG）平台的优点、局限性及其应用前景。以及提出一种利用定翼无人机（UAV）以及个人携行式的系统，该系统可以利用摄影测量技术提供各式灾害近即时且符合公尺级定位精度的受灾调查结果，具备机动性高且不需设置地面控制点等优势，同时其制造成本与飞行成本远低于卫星或飞机调查技术。

报告人简介：
Jinling Wang is an Associate Professor in Surveying and Geospatial Engineering, School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, University of New South Wales (UNSW), Sydney, Australia. His major research interests are in the areas of navigation and geospatial mapping with multi-sensors, such as GNSS, pseudolites, INS, cameras. He has published around 300 papers in journals and conference proceedings as well as two commercial software packages.
He was elected to the Fellowship of the UK Royal Institute of Navigation (RIN) and to the Fellowship of the International Association of Geodesy (IAG), in 1997, and awarded an Invitation Fellowship from The Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) in 2011, as well as the Distinguished International Fellowship from, University of Calgary, Canada, in 2003.
He is a member of the Editorial Board for the international journal GPS Solutions, Journal of Navigation, International Journal of Navigation and Observations, and Chairman of the IAG Sub-Commission 4.2 (2011-2015) on Geodesy in Geospatial Mapping and Engineering. He was elected 2004 President of the International Association of Chinese Professionals in Global Positioning Systems (CPGPS), and the Founding Editor-in-Chief for the Journal of Global Positioning Systems (2002-2007).

报告摘要：惯性测量单元（IMU）是未来高精度、低成本导航系统中不可或缺的关键组件。运动对准技术一直是惯性导航领域的瓶颈问题，近年来取得突破性进展。本报告将重点以旋转多位置、（空中）GNSS辅助、（陆地）里程计辅助、（水下）DVL辅助等为例介绍惯导系统运动对准的最新研究前沿。
